Sheila is the Managing Partner with close to a decade of experience in private practice, financial services, and corporate compliance. Before founding the firm, she spent six years at Equity Group Holdings PLC, then served as Group Contracts and Compliance Specialist at Nathan Digital. She leads work across corporate and commercial law, succession, mediation, conveyancing, data protection, financial crime compliance, and AI governance.
Mellody holds a Master of Laws degree with dual concentrations in Public International Law and Corporate Finance from the University of Nairobi, and is currently pursuing a PhD with a focus on Tax Law, Governance, and Sustainability. With nearly a decade of experience at leading firms, her expertise spans civil litigation, corporate governance, and intellectual property rights.
